The Arlington was born from a simple idea—this would be awesome! After 25 years in the industry, working for others, Matt finally decided it was time to create something of his own. The four of us come from totally different walks of life, but somehow, we ended up here—building a bar and food cart pod together, like family. No corporate roadmap, no big investors—just a shared vision to make a place we’d actually want to hang out at. Great drinks, killer food, and a laid-back vibe that feels like home. We live here, work here, our kids go to school here… and now, we serve beer here. Feels pretty awesome to us.
